After completing a comprehensive, fully paid training program, you will: Engage customers on the service drive and sell tires to exceed assigned goals Perform quick tire inspections Identify and explain tire‑related issues, recommend service, and quote prices Maintain strong relationships with customers and dealership teams Support store operations such as inventory, opening/closing, and reporting If you can sell smartphones, accessories, or membership add‑ons—you can succeed here What Makes You a Great Fit 2+ years of retail, service, or sales experience; automotive experience preferred Outstanding verbal communication and customer service skills A natural relationship builder with strong sales instincts Comfortable using computer‑based tools and order systems Career Growth Dealer Tire promotes an average of 114 team members per year in the Tire Store program.
