Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to serve as a key liaison between customers, sales, logistics, and production teams. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from order placement through delivery. What You'll Do Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through professional and responsive communication. Manage customer inquiries related to orders, inventory, pricing, lead times, shipments, and delivery schedules. Process and maintain customer orders accurately within company systems. Coordinate with internal departments including Production, Logistics, Finance, Quality, and Sales to ensure successful order fulfillment. Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates, delays, and changes to customers. Resolve customer concerns and complaints by identifying effective solutions and following through to completion. Assist with freight coordination, including Full Truckload (FTL) and Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) shipments. Maintain accurate documentation of customer requirements, pricing, shipping instructions, and special requests. What We're Looking For 2+ years of customer service, order processing, sales support, or inside customer support experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Professional, customer-first mindset with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite. SAP experience is strongly preferred. Experience supporting customers within a manufacturing, distribution, logistics, or industrial environment is a plus.
