Specializing in large-scale industrial, logistics, and mission-critical projects, this firm is seeking a Manager of Field Operations to lead regional execution efforts and elevate field performance across multiple active jobsites. This is a high-impact leadership role ideal for a seasoned superintendent or field executive ready to drive consistency, safety, and results at scale. You’ll shape delivery strategy, mentor key team members, and serve as a bridge between field teams and executive leadership. Key Responsibilities: Oversee field operations on ground-up industrial and manufacturing projects across Florida, Georgia, and the Carolinas Support and mentor project superintendents, assistant supers, and field engineers across multiple jobsites Lead workforce planning, trade partner coordination, and jobsite resourcing across the Southeast region Standardize field processes including safety enforcement, QC systems, logistics planning, and schedule controls Collaborate with Project Managers, precon teams, and company leadership to drive safe, on-time, and high-quality delivery Qualifications: 12+ years of experience in construction field operations, with at least 3 years in multi-site or regional leadership Strong portfolio of industrial, tilt-wall, warehouse, or mission-critical builds valued at $20M+ Deep working knowledge of trade sequencing, field staffing models, and jobsite safety standards (OSHA 30 minimum) Excellent leadership presence with proven ability to coach and elevate field teams Based in or willing to relocate to Atlanta or Tampa, with regular regional travel What’s on Offer: Competitive executive compensation with regional travel support and performance-based bonuses Leadership role with real influence over field standards, process development, and team culture Long-term growth track toward national field operations leadership Be part of a contractor known for its precision, accountability, and technical project expertise Drive results across the Southeast’s most dynamic industrial builds—and lead the teams that bring them to life.
