Senior Director, Strategic Program Delivery (2 openings)

Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a Senior Director of Strategic Program Delivery to lead enterprise-level initiatives within the Product Development and Supply organization. This role involves developing PDS strategy, executing strategic priorities, and building program leadership capabilities across the division.

Responsibilities

• Co-lead complex enterprise initiatives by establishing governance, roadmaps, and integrated decision cadence across functions
• Direct high-priority PDS initiatives end-to-end from hypothesis testing through execution enablement and value delivery
• Translate market intelligence and external signals into strategic recommendations for senior leadership
• Manage cross-functional program teams through structured operating rhythms with clear forums, decision tracking, and escalation paths
• Structure ambiguous problems through evidence gathering and hypothesis testing to develop actionable recommendations

Requirements

• MBA or advanced degree in science, business, or related field
• 10+ years pharma or life sciences industry experience with enterprise strategic initiatives
• Top-tier strategy consulting firm background strongly preferred
• Proven track record leading and developing senior program leaders and cross-functional teams
• Exceptional ability to influence senior and executive stakeholders in matrix environments
• Expert in organizational change management and adoption at enterprise scale
• Deep understanding of global biopharmaceutical market dynamics and strategic implications

Compensation: $224,910 - $299,792 base (location-dependent); eligible for discretionary incentive cash and stock
