Key Responsibilities Develop and implement merchandising strategies and initiatives. Lead category management and product assortment planning. Manage and mentor merchandising teams. Negotiate with vendors and manage relationships. Utilize data analytics for decision-making. Drive financial performance through strategic merchandising plans. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams. Identify emerging trends and opportunities. Enhance customer experience through visual and content strategies. Monitor site metrics and provide strategic insights. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in marketing, merchandising, or related field. 10+ years managerial experience in merchandising or related area. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Proven ability to develop strategic plans and manage vendor relations. Deep understanding of retail industry principles.
