experienceFacilitate regular team communication sessions to ensure seamless communication of promotional activity, performance to goal, corporate initiatives, and any other important topicsProactively appropriate stock levels of merchandise, communicate to corporate if there are any issuesOversee, in partnership with the Assistant Manager all operational tasksRecap weekly store performance and events ensuring timely submissionMonitor store expenses (including personnel costs) and maintain operating budgets, while continually striving to reduce overall costsSupport, promote, and assume responsibility for loss prevention in all areas of risk management, physical security, store cash controls, inventory management, inter-store communication, and L/P auditsManage and optimize the staff scheduling to ensure adequate floor coverage for a superior customer service and effectively drive sales in collaboration with the Assistant ManagerCoordinate schedule requests, paid time off, appropriate.Compensation:The anticipated base salary range for this position is $87,500 through $120,000. Base salary is one component of the total compensation for this position. Other forms of variable pay will be offered for this position.
