Project / Senior Theatre Consultant

The Dallas office has an opening for an experienced theatre consultant with astrong client management, facility planning, and systems design skill set. This role is well suited for an established mid-career theatre consultant or theatre design professional who is interested in working with ahighly competent and enthusiastic team of people on interesting and worthwhile projects of all scope and budgetlevels. This role may be filled at aProject Theatre Consultant or Senior Theatre Consultant level depending on the candidate’s experience, skills, and demonstrated ability to operate independently. You will serve as aProject Manager and lead design contributor on avariety of theatre planning projects, leading and supervising the documentation of everything we work on, from conceptual room diagrams to theatrical lighting infrastructure and rigging and stage machinery systems design. Your work will start in planning phases and continue through construction andopening. You’ll oversee team coordination, maintain strong client relationships, assist in preparing documentation and presentation materials, and guide successful projectcompletion. At the Senior level, this role includes managing and leading design efforts for larger and more complex projects with increased autonomy and responsibility, developing new projects regularly, preparing proposals under Partner or Principal supervision, and providing guidance and mentorship tostaff. #J-18808-Ljbffr Schuler Shook
