Position Summary:

Job Duties:

·         Work closely with Office Manager

·         Telephone reception, messaging

·         Receive guest, maintain sign in per policy

·         Handling incoming mail and packages

·         Provide general administrative support

·         Maintaining a professional and organized reception area

·         Compile payable invoice documents per policy

·         Data enter payables in accounting software

·         Primary contact with venders regarding Accounts Payable.

·         Maintain accounting files

·         Order office supplies and inventory

·         Office supply inventory control

·         Organize, Maintain and Complete job-related documentation per company procedures and policies

·         Promote continuous process improvement through daily involvement in business activities.

·         Other duties as assigned
