What You'll Do As a Manufacturing Technician , you'll be a key member of the production team responsible for delivering quality products and keeping operations running smoothly.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Operating manufacturing equipment and production machinery
• Producing high-quality products while meeting daily production goals
• Performing inspections and quality checks using testing equipment
• Following established safety, quality, and operational procedures
• Assisting with updates to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
• Working collaboratively with team members to achieve production targets

What We're Looking For We're looking for dependable, motivated individuals who take pride in their work and thrive in a team environment.
Qualifications:

1+ year of recent manufacturing or production experience
High School Diploma or GED
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Safety-focused mindset
Ability to work overtime as needed
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Positive, team-oriented attitude
