Overview Tavern & Table on Shem Creek is designed to be that local gathering place where friends and family get together for classic cocktails and spectacular handcrafted food in a comfortable setting. The inventive menu, created by Executive Chef Denis Crutchfield, celebrates the flavors of the Lowcountry focusing heavily on seasonal produce and locally sourced meats/seafood, using modern and rustic techniques. Responsibilities Able to follow all recipes, and cooking directions to keep food quality consistent. Prep food as needed. Clean, restock, and/or breakdown station at the end of every shift. Qualifications 18 years old Ability to communicate with a team Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Ability to lift 25 pounds Ability to stand and stay active for long periods of time Maintaining standards of cleanliness and following health code requirements Ability to work weekends and holidays.
