This position is represented by RCHEA.Standards of Behavior Line of Responsibility and Authority LINE OF AUTHORITY: RN II, Emergency Department - Director of Emergency Department Professionalism and Self-DevelopmentEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: At least one year Registered Nurse experience within the last 24 months and acute critical experience within the last 12 months or EMT and ED Tech with a minimum of 2 years experience & in good standing.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.LICENSES OR CERTIFICATIONS: Current license as a Registered Nurse by the State of California.LICENSES OR CERTIFICATIONS: Evidence of current BLS, ACLS and PALS certification.LICENSES OR CERTIFICATIONS: MICN desired to be completed within one year of hire.LICENSES OR CERTIFICATIONS: MICN, NRP, TNCC, and CEN encouraged and recommended.QUALIFICATIONS: Basic computer skills.Physical Requirements/Work Environment/Use of Senses and Communications Skills ACCOMMODATIONS: The physical demands and work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee typically encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
