Workers' Compensation Legal Assistant

Providing comprehensive administrative and legal support, the full-time Workers' Compensation Legal Assistant will manage attorney calendars, prepare legal documents, and assist with case preparation in a hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities: Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents and correspondence Manage attorney calendars and coordinate travel arrangements File legal documents with courts and maintain organized client files Required qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred 2 years of experience in a legal assistant or administrative support role preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal practice management software Familiarity with legal terminology, procedures, and court systems
