School Occupational Therapist - Saint Paul, Minnesota

We're seeking three dedicated Occupational Therapists for contract roles, including two full-time positions and one long-term substitute opportunity for the initial months of the school year (specific dates to be confirmed). Key Qualifications:
- Current Occupational Therapy license in Minnesota
- Previous experience working in school-based settings preferred
- Ability to support diverse learners in small group or individual settings
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Flexibility for both full-year and long-term substitute assignments
- Passion for empowering students with varying needs
- Delivering occupational therapy interventions to a caseload of 20-40 students, focusing on individualized support and measurable outcomes
- Collaborating closely with teachers, administrators, and families across a single assigned building in multiple locations
- Documenting student progress and participating in IEP meetings to advocate for student needs
- Developing and adapting strategies to improve participation in educational and daily activities
- Promoting independence, self-regulation, and skill development within setting 4 programs
- Consistent schedule of 37.5 hours per week, September to June
