Director, Client Partner

With access to continuous learning, mentorship, and global projects, your expertise will drive meaningful changes.Req# 980776430ResponsibilitiesManage established client business and develop new opportunities through solution shaping, scoping, pricing, and establishing optimal operating modelsLearn and navigate client priorities and industry trends within retail, technology/ISV, and manufacturing verticals to identify and develop new opportunitiesDrive pre-sales activities, RFP solutioning, proposals, and delivery strategies tailored to the Pacific Northwest market needsServe as the primary point of contact for escalations and delivery issues, ensuring client satisfaction and project successStrategically position EPAM's offerings against competitors while advocating for innovative solutions, including AI, cloud migrations, and digital transformationEstablish and cultivate strong client relationships and local networks while developing connections within EPAM's global team of business and technology expertsMaintain responsibility for account P&L and growth KPIsOversee cross-functional teams working in global environments while serving as an expert consultant leading business transformation and product strategiesActively drive new business development and net new logo acquisition in the Pacific Northwest, leveraging both hunter and farmer skillsCollaborate closely with sales, marketing, and technology partners (e.g., Microsoft, AWS, Databricks) to execute local events, campaigns, and partnership initiativesRequirementsDemonstrated success in developing and growing client relationships within the existing portfolio and with new logos, and leading teams delivering end-to-end digital engineering solutions within a services organizationStrong knowledge of technology platforms, trends, and the local business landscape in Retail, High-tech, or Manufacturing industriesStrategic thinker with high business acumen and experience managing P&L responsibilities for profitable account growthProven ability to map client stakeholders, initiatives, and appropriate technology solutions and build a pipeline of growth opportunitiesExperience working with multi-geo and diverse technology teams, ideally across global delivery centersCreative problem solver who approaches challenges with confidence and self-guidanceSuperb verbal, presentation, and written communication skills with an ability to foster connections across all levels of a client’s organizationExperience in services sales and delivery, with a focus on technology consulting and digital transformation.Strong partner development skills and a track record of sourcing business through technology alliances.Location: Seattle or PortlandWe offerMedical, Dental and Vision Insurance (Subsidized)Health Savings AccountFlexible Spending Accounts (Healthcare, Dependent Care, Commuter)Short-Term and Long-Term Disability (Company Provided)Life and AD&D Insurance (Company Provided)Employee Assistance ProgramUnlimited access to LinkedIn learning solutionsMatched 401(k) Retirement Savings PlanPaid Time Off – the employee will be eligible to accrue 15-25 paid days, depending on specific level and tenure with EPAM (accrual eligibility may change over time)Paid Holidays - nine (9) total per yearLegal Plan and Identity Theft ProtectionAccident InsuranceEmployee DiscountsPet InsuranceEmployee Stock Purchase ProgramIf otherwise eligible, participation in the discretionary annual bonus programIf otherwise eligible and hired into a qualifying level, participation in the discretionary Long-Term Incentive (LTI) ProgramEPAM is a leading global provider of digital platform engineering and development services. The range provided reflects base salary only. Individual compensation offers within the range are based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to: geographic location, experience, credentials, education, training, the demand for the role; and overall business and labor market considerations. Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed. Salary range: $150,000-$245,000 USD. This position is also eligible for variable compensation incentives.
