Project Coordinator

Our client, a major school furnishings and equipment distributor, is actively looking for a Project Coordinator to join their Operations team in Bay Shore, NY! This role is onsite so local candidates are required. ***This is a full-time permanent role*** This client is a major school furnishings and equipment distributor in the NY and NJ Area. They sell and install products that are used in educational facilities such as lockers, bleachers, athletic equipment, and auditorium seating. Responsibilities Project coordination/management with customers, project managers, and installers Able to multi-task and manage unexpected escalations daily, outside of your planned daily responsibilities Project/order set-up with milestone tracking for timely and on budget job completion Prepare work orders for the installation team and confirm scope and delivery dates Review and process factory acknowledgments and installer invoices to accounting Coordinate the factory submittal process and field check through production release Monitor Job sites Schedule, coordinate and track all product deliveries with the manufacturer and dedicated freight carries. Prepare weekly reports to include job progress and backlog Attend project meetings. Required Skills & Experience 3-5+ years of relevant experience in a Project Coordinator or Project Administrator function Experience working on multiple projects at one time, with varying deadlines and timelines Relevant industry knowledge or experience is preferred Strong collaboration and time management skills Knowledge of Salesforce CRM is a plus Ability to read architectural drawings is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Motion Recruitment
