Travel Physical Therapist

Rehabilitation services provides inpatient and outpatient care including:
- Arthritis treatment
- Compression garment measurements
- Craniosacral therapy
- Ergonomics
- Functional capacity evaluations
- Gait disturbances
- Lee Silverman Voice Treatment (LSVT) for Parkinson's
- Lymphedema treatment
- Neurological disorders treatment
- Occupational therapy for upper extremities
- Orthopedics
- Orthotic fabrications (temporary and permanent)
- Pelvic therapy-incontinence rehabilitation (male and female)
- Physical therapy
- Post-concussion treatment
- Post-surgical therapy
- Splint fabrication
- Speech therapy (language and swallowing disorders)
- Vestibular and balance services

Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload. RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD/DURING INTERVIEW WILL NOT BE APPROVED!! NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better).
New London will not consider candidates who reside within 50 miles of facility
Non-billable Orientation: 0hrs Holiday, OT Multipliers: 1.25% Call, Call-Back and Charge: Not applicable for this need
Travelers may not take all holidays off. MUST work TWO blocks (if scheduled/needed): Thanksgiving Day/Friday after and weekend after Christmas Eve through Christmas Day and weekend after New Year Eve through New Year Day and weekend after
- 2+ years Outpatient PT experience [required]
- Previous travel experience - [Preferred]
- Traveler's perm address must be included in profile
- Traveler must have their own vehicle for this need
- Any/All RTO must be included in profile. ALL SCHEDULING REQUESTS MUST BE MADE AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION. Facility will NOT approve scheduling requests at/after time of offer/at interview. Please obtain this information prior to submittal. Requests after offer may lead to rescinded offer
