Product Manager, GTM Experiences

About The Role As a Product Manager in the Internal Products and Technologies organization, you will partner with Engineering, GTM, Deal Desk, Finance, Legal, and Operations to build and scale the commercial systems behind Anthropic’s revenue motion. Own GTM commercial infrastructure – CPQ, quoting and pricing configuration, approval workflows, and deal automation. Impact every deal that flows through Anthropic: enterprise quotes, approvals, order forms, and cloud marketplace transactions. Drive strategy and execution for how sales teams quote, approve, and close deals at scale, balancing seller experience and rigorous governance. Responsibilities Deeply understand sellers, Deal Desk, Legal, and Order Management workflows and identify tooling opportunities to improve speed and reliability. Partner with engineering to design systems underpinning quoting, approvals, and deal execution. Drive product strategy and roadmap across CPQ, approvals, and deal automation. Synthesize competing stakeholder needs across GTM, Finance, and Legal and communicate prioritization clearly to senior leadership. Qualifications Strong candidates may have: Experience building or scaling CPQ, quoting, or approval-workflow systems supporting complex enterprise deals. Salesforce/CPQ and quote‑to‑cash knowledge, including how quoting connects to billing and provisioning. Annual Salary

$305,000—$385,000 USD

Logistics Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience. Required field of study: A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience. Minimum years of experience: Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position. Location‑based hybrid policy: We expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time; some roles may require more office presence.
