• Spearhead communications: Follow up with licensing authorities to secure approvals for submitted applications, renewals, and registrations.

• Drive compliance: Obtain and verify critical evidence of licensure, including permits and certificates, ensuring seamless client operations.

• Optimize workflows: Manage a high-volume confirmation queue across varied industries, proactively identifying and resolving issuance delays.

• Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with internal Customer Success teams to deliver timely status updates and swift issue resolution.

• Maintain data integrity: Accurately document agency procedures and update internal systems with issued licensing documents.

Your Skills & Experience

• 2+  years in customer service, administrative support, data entry, or regulatory compliance.

• Exceptional communication skills with the tact to interact professionally with government agencies and handle confidential data.

• Demonstrated investigative research abilities utilizing online databases and phone outreach.

• Proficiency in Windows environments, including Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe PDF.

• Outstanding organizational skills to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
