ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

• Verify and ensure beneficiary meets criteria to enroll per CMS guidelines.
• Conducting daily enrollment process based on Medicare regulations and guidelines.
• Responsible for entering and auditing enrollment applications into the member system and ensuring that each beneficiary meets all the criteria required.
• Examine/verify documents for correctness, adequacy and conformity to establish requirement and follow up on discrepancies.
• Perform administrative tasks including, but not limited to: scanning, filing, and attaching member record files to the system, etc.
• Responsible for generating ID cards, creating post enrollment kits for mailing, printing, and mailing enrollment letters.
• Regular and consistent attendance
• Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor's Degree or Associate's Degree preferred, but not required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clerical or administrative role.
• Strong computer and typing skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work collaboratively in a team environment.

Salary Description


$23.00 / hour - $26.00 / hour
