Part-Time Temporary Receptionist – Bilingual (English/Spanish)
About the Role
The QKapital Group is seeking a friendly, organized, and bilingual (English/Spanish) receptionist to support our front desk on a part-time, temporary basis. This role is the first point of contact for clients and visitors, and is well suited to someone who is reliable, detail-oriented,
Key Responsibilities
• Greet and check in clients and visitors in a warm, professional manner • Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls in both English and Spanish • Manage the front desk email inbox and general correspondence • Schedule and coordinate appointments and conference room bookings • Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages • Maintain a tidy, organized, and welcoming reception area
Qualifications
• Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) • Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to the full schedule above • Comfortable with basic office software (email, scheduling tools, Microsoft Office) • Available to start on short notice The QKapital Group is an equal opportunity
