Successful candidates will have a desire to learn in a fast-paced setting and the ability to positively interact and help patients while providing patient education and instructions. Interested applicants should be willing to work both independently and as a member of a team, provide excellent patient care, and perform patient workups in a precise and efficient manner.Duties and Responsibilities:* Document patient’s medical and ocular histories in electronic medical record.* Perform patient workups.* Complete diagnostic testing, such as retinoscopy, manual refraction, applanation A-scan, keratometry, tonometry, OCT’s and visual fields.* Provide patient education according to physician instructions.* Perform other duties as assigned.* Travel to other offices as needed.Knowledge and Qualifications:* Medical office experience required.* Ophthalmic testing experience preferred.* Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.* Experience providing excellent patient care.* Demonstrated critical thinking skills with the ability to identify and communicate concerns regarding the results of diagnostic testing.If you are interested in being part of a quality driven organization, while receiving a competitive wage and excellent benefits (health, dental, 401k, paid-time off, etc.) please apply online Qualifications**Experience in the field is required.** #J-18808-Ljbffr Wolfeeyeclinic
