Responsibilities include:Support product manager with support, maintenance, and enhancement of products in assigned portfolioAssist in system administration (User access, configuration requests, new system/software development)Assist in user story requirements gathering and process mappingPerform validation testing of production releases, bug fixes, and feature requests.Provide technical support by troubleshooting and triaging technology-specific issuesFront-end user support and trainingAct as non-project BAOther duties as assigned
