Key Responsibilities for the Senior Reconciliations Specialist:

• Reconcile and reclassify general ledger expense activity and accounts payable transactions across multiple periods
• Validate account coding, period alignment, and segment structure within NetSuite
• Resolve historical discrepancies in partnership with AP and finance stakeholders
• Deliver auditready GL data to support compliance and executive reporting
• Document reconciliation approaches, findings, and corrective actions for process improvement
• Own reconciliation deliverables independently from analysis through completion as a Senior Reconciliations Specialist



Qualifications for the Senior Reconciliations Specialist:

• Extensive handson NetSuite experience supporting GL and AP reconciliations
• Strong accounting background in multientity, projectbased, or complex environments
• Advanced Excel skills used for reconciliation, analysis, and data cleanup
• Demonstrated ability to independently identify issues and implement corrective actions
