Sales Counselor

Job Type Full-time About the Role Estimated first-year earnings range: $55,000 - $75,000 Uncapped commission and earnings. Training pay of $18.00 per hour for 6 weeks. Sells pre-need and at-need funeral services, inventory, cemetery services, property, and merchandise. Assists families with funeral selections and attends services. Generates leads through walk‑ins, inbound calls, proactive lead generation, and prospecting. Must possess a valid driver’s license and have access to a personal vehicle; mileage reimbursement is provided. Requires availability to work some holidays, evenings, and weekends as needed. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in Business, Marketing, and/or Sales preferred. 1 year of sales experience preferred. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Outlook) required. Experience working in a CRM (lead management system preferred). Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving, verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast‑paced environment. Ability to maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
