About the role As our Product Success Manager, you are the architect of the Biorce experience. We are redefining the landscape of clinical trials, and that begins with deeply understanding the humans behind the data. This is a unique, high‑impact hybrid role tailored for a scientist looking to transition their career into the tech space. As the primary point of contact for our partners, you will serve as a strategic advisor, guiding them on how to leverage Aika—our flagship AI platform—to drive unprecedented efficiency in their clinical trials. What You’ll Do Strategic Customer Success End‑to‑End Ownership: Orchestrate the entire post‑sales journey, transforming complex contracts into seamless "go‑lives" through rigorous project management. Strategic Advisory: Lead high‑impact kick‑offs to align Aika’s AI capabilities with the client’s specific clinical and regulatory objectives, serving as a long‑term "sparring partner" for their teams. Scalable Support: Oversee the customer support ecosystem, ensuring rapid resolution and high satisfaction while mentoring more junior Product Success Managers. Proactive Health Monitoring: Utilize engagement data and health scores to identify trends, proactively intervening to prevent churn and drive expansion. Product Strategy & Influence Voice of the Customer: Consolidate complex client needs into actionable product requirements. You will identify high‑value opportunities to define and prioritize the next generation of Aika’s features. Cross‑Functional Execution: Drive the successful implementation of new features by collaborating with our Engineering, and Clinical teams. Strategic Alignment: Report to the Head of Product to ensure client‑led iterations remain synchronized with Biorce’s long‑term product vision. What We’re Looking For We are seeking a high‑achiever from the scientific or clinical research community who is ready to pivot their expertise into the TechBio and AI space. You are a scientist by training but a builder and problem‑solver by nature. Scientific & Clinical Depth: 5+ years of experience in Clinical Research, Medical Affairs, Life Sciences, or a related scientific field. You understand the nuances of protocol development, regulatory hurdles, and the day‑to‑day challenges of trial operations. The Scientist-to-Product Transition: You have a deep‑seated desire to move from the bench or the clinic into the "engine room" of a high‑growth AI company. You are ready to apply the scientific method to product development and customer success. Academic Excellence: An outstanding academic record is essential; a PhD or MD is highly preferred, as you will be acting as a peer to our clients’ senior medical and scientific leads. Complex Project Leadership: Proven experience managing multi‑year research projects, clinical trials, or cross‑functional academic collaborations. You are comfortable leading diverse teams and navigating technical ambiguity. Exceptional Communication: You possess the rare ability to translate complex scientific or technical AI concepts into clear, actionable business value for stakeholders. Fluency in English is a must. Analytical & Rigorous Mindset: You are naturally data‑driven. You don’t just identify problems; you approach them with the rigor of a researcher, building structured processes to solve them permanently. Languages: This position requires fluency in English & Japanese The "Owner" Mentality: You are highly self‑motivated and thrive in fast‑paced environments where the path forward isn't always documented.
