Highlights Location : Neptune, NJ Facility : Hackensack Meridian Health Schedule : Full-time, Night shift What You'll Do Deliver nursing practices according to evidence-based research and standards of care. Communicate ongoing patient status and treatment plans with healthcare team members. Administer medications using advanced bar-scanning and documentation technologies. Document patient assessments, plans of care, interventions, and evaluations electronically. Provide patient and family-centered education for health optimization. Participate in multi-disciplinary discharges to ensure safe transitions of care. Requirements Education: Current and valid New Jersey Registered Nurse license required BSN in progress and/or willingness to acquire within three (3) years of hire Experience: Minimum of 6 months of nursing experience or participation in the Hackensack Meridian Health Nurse Residency program 2 years of critical care nursing preferred Licenses & Certifications: BLS/CPR certification by American Heart Association required within 60 days of hire ACLS preferred Telemetry certification required Ventilator management experience preferred IABP, CCRN, and CVVH certifications preferred About Hackensack Meridian Health Hackensack Meridian Health is a leading healthcare provider committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
