Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

Responsibilities Property Managers work independently at multiple locations, splitting time indoors and outdoors. Assess customer storage needs and recommend solutions, including packing and moving supplies. Conduct daily storage unit inspections to verify inventory and availability, ensuring spaces are ready for rent. Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily operations. Assist customers in staying current with payments, and perform reminder and collection calls when required. Physical Requirements Transport and lift items weighing up to 35 pounds. Walk around facilities, spending roughly 50% of time in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors. Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks, such as sweeping/mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds/curb appeal, keeping them clean and free of debris. Experience Successful candidates come from a variety of customer service–centered sales environments, including retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service-based companies. Transportation Applicants must possess a valid driver’s license and use their own vehicle to travel between work locations or for other work-related business.
