Pharmacist - Inpatient Oncology | $10,000 Sign-On Bonus

Hudson Talent is partnering with our client to hire an experienced Inpatient Oncology Pharmacist. Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Shift: Day Shift (10-Hour Shifts) About the Opportunity Our client is seeking a highly skilled Inpatient Oncology Pharmacist to join their oncology pharmacy team in Los Angeles. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside a multidisciplinary team supporting patients receiving advanced oncology treatments, including hematologic malignancies, bone marrow transplant (BMT), CAR-T, and TIL therapies. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is available for eligible new hires, along with relocation assistance. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care to adult oncology and hematology patients. Review and verify chemotherapy and oncology medication orders. Monitor therapeutic drug therapy and optimize patient outcomes. Educate patients regarding medications and treatment plans. Provide drug information and clinical recommendations to physicians and healthcare teams. Participate in oncology guideline development, medication reviews, and clinical initiatives. Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure safe and effective patient care. Qualifications Education Pharm.D. (or equivalent) from an accredited School of Pharmacy. Completion of a PGY1 and/or PGY2 Residency, or equivalent clinical experience. Licensure Active Pharmacist license in the State of California. Current BLS Certification. Preferred Experience Clinical Oncology Pharmacy experience. Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist (BCOP) preferred. Experience using EPIC/Beacon preferred. deal Candidate The successful candidate will possess: Strong clinical knowledge of oncology disease states and therapies. Experience evaluating and managing complex medication regimens. Excellent communication and patient education skills. Strong organizational and prioritization abilities. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
