Confidential Healthcare Facility - Dietary Assistant Location: Myerstown, PA Status: PRN Rate: $15.00/hour Schedule: Shifts will vary (Day and Evening) | Every Other Weekend (EOW) | Every Other Holiday (EOH) Position Overview Seeking a dependable and team-oriented Dietary Assistant to support our dietary department. This role is essential in ensuring residents receive nutritious, high-quality meals prepared and served in accordance with established policies, procedures, and sanitation standards. Key Responsibilities Assist with meal service and ensure timely and accurate delivery of food trays. Support the cook with food preparation and portioning as directed. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of worktables, refrigerators, freezers, and kitchen equipment. Transport food trays to and from dining areas and dishwashing stations. Follow infection control and food safety guidelines at all times. Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred. Must be at least 18 years of age. Prior dietary or food service experience in a healthcare setting preferred. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
