About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to take on a pivotal role in driving financial performance, capital strategy, and operational excellence. The CFO will be a key partner in the business, influencing decision-making, and leading critical functions including finance, HR, IT, and emerging data capabilities. This executive position is ideal for a collaborative, purpose-driven leader who can shape long-term success in a values-centered, people-first culture. Responsibilities include leading enterprise financial planning, optimizing capital structure, maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The CFO will also provide leadership in financial operations, and compliance, and oversee shared services functions to support the company's growth and scalability. Candidates for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with an MBA and/or CPA preferred, and at least 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience. Strong financial acumen, experience in equipment finance, commercial lending, or a related industry, and a proven track record of working with banks, auditors, and external stakeholders are essential. The role requires a leader with a strategic mindset, capable of supporting growth initiatives and fostering cross-functional collaboration. Experience in HR and IT functions is a plus, and the CFO will be expected to build, develop, and mentor high-performing teams to strengthen the company's financial infrastructure and support its growth.
