Manager, Corporate Development (M&A)

Job Summary CRH Americas Building Products seeks a Manager, Corporate Development to support the VP of Corporate Development on acquisition strategy, execution, and other key projects. The role collaborates with Region Presidents, business unit leaders, and senior leadership across the company on acquisition opportunities and aligns with Strategy & Development colleagues in CRH Americas, CRH Group, and CRH Americas Materials. Job Location Corporate office in the Perimeter area of Atlanta, GA – hybrid work schedule. Job Responsibilities Assist with the M&A process including market and business assessments, due diligence, valuation and modeling, contract negotiation, and post-closing issue tracking. Analyze market reports and company information to assess potential acquisition opportunities. Prepare detailed financial models to evaluate businesses. Draft proposals, presentations, and other deliverables for senior leadership to support acquisitions, investments, and strategic initiatives. Lead due diligence processes, coordinating with a range of internal and external stakeholders. Prepare ad-hoc research for the VP of Corporate Development, President, and other members of the management team. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree required. 3+ years of relevant experience, with corporate development, consulting, investment banking, or private equity experience highly preferred. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, financial modeling, business risk assessment, and ability to close deals. Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously. Strong presentation and communication skills with senior leaders. Comfortable and flexible to operate in ambiguous environments.
