Requirements Diplomate or Residency training in Small Animal Internal Medicine Ability to obtain a CA state license To qualify, you must hold a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree and a State Veterinary Board License in good standing. Compensation Up to $100,000 sign‑on bonus for qualified candidates based on experience Potential to earn $300,000-$400,000 annually Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance options, 401K with company match, and flexible spending or health savings account options.
