Weekend Only Schedule Unique pediatric skilled nursing facility Small units (average 16 residents per unit) Higher staffing ratios to support quality care Strong leadership and team-based support Engaging, uplifting environment for residents Residents attend school and participate in community activities Competitive pay with shift differentials RN Supervisor Qualifications Current and valid New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license High school diploma or equivalent required Preferred: Associate's or bachelor's in nursing Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience Preferred: long-term care or developmental disabilities experience At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience What You’ll Do Oversee all facility operations during assigned shift Respond to resident emergencies and provide clinical leadership in real time Supervise nursing staff, including assignments and performance support Coordinate staffing needs, including call-offs and coverage decisions Conduct regular rounds to ensure resident safety, infection control, and quality care Review and complete documentation (incident reports, shift reports, audits) Support quality improvement and regulatory compliance initiatives Collaborate with Nursing Administration as needed Benefits for St. Margaret's Team Members As part of the Center for Disability Services, we offer a mission-driven career with strong benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
