Responsibilities

Through hands-on training, mentorship, and real-world experience, you’ll learn how to:

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions

Follow up with prospects and create opportunities for new business

Learn and apply effective sales, marketing, and customer service strategies

Participate in training, coaching, and professional development

Develop business and leadership skills alongside an experienced agency owner

Learn the fundamentals of agency operations, team development, and business management

Requirements

No prior insurance experience required

Must be willing to obtain the required insurance licenses

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and willing to learn

Professional and customer-focused

Comfortable developing relationships and engaging in sales conversations

Strong work ethic and desire for personal and professional growth

Interest in entrepreneurship, leadership, and future business ownership

Ability to successfully complete required licensing, background, and onboarding requirements
