Senior Compliance Specialist

Partner with Law & Global Compliance colleagues and business and functional stakeholders to identify, assess, and monitor existing and emerging compliance and fraud risks Apply a risk-based approach to assess likelihood and impact and help prioritize mitigation efforts based on the highest-risk issues Conduct root cause analyses for substantiated misconduct, non-compliance, and recurring risk issues Review investigation case details, artifacts, and data to develop actionable insights for risk owners and guide mitigation and remediation Translate legal and regulatory requirements into practical operational controls Collaborate on corrective action plans Provide timely guidance and build stakeholder relationships to support compliance risk management across the organization Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, law, engineering, or related field 5+ years of experience in compliance risk management, investigations, regulatory affairs, audit, law, or related discipline Experience analyzing data, case information, and processes to identify risks, trends, and root causes and inform remediation actions Experience interpreting requirements and translating their application to business activities, controls, and risk Experience presenting to and communicating effectively with senior leadership and stakeholders Experience working independently and across functions in a dynamic environment Must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest assessment process Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements as a U.S. Person Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in compliance risk management, including the ability to assess and mitigate risks, conduct investigations, and translate legal requirements into operational controls.
