Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice primarily focuses on individuals coping with grief, trauma, anxiety, and depression. You will work with a diverse client base, including adults and adolescents, many of whom have unique cultural backgrounds and life experiences. Your ability to demonstrate empathy, deliver personalized support, and employ effective techniques will be crucial in fostering healing and growth in your clients.

Qualifications\n

• A valid state license in one of the following: LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or a PsyD.

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, allowing you to build rapport and trust with clients.

• An empathetic and non-judgmental attitude towards clients of diverse backgrounds.

• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to effectively manage caseloads.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience in evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) is highly valued. Additionally, prior experience providing telehealth services or working with clients managing grief and loss will enhance your candidacy.
