Responsibilities Support client relationship management through appointment preparation, follow up communication, and hospitality coordination Develop an understanding of luxury service standards, attention to detail, and brand presentation Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure a seamless client experience Participate in event support and client experience initiatives designed to strengthen customer engagement and loyalty.
