Draft disclosures, written discovery, pleadings, correspondence, and other legal documents. Assist attorneys with trial preparation, hearings, depositions, and other litigation matters. Review and organize case evidence, including sensitive photographs, records, and other materials related to complex incidents. Manage case files, legal documents, deadlines, and case-related information. Prepare and file court documents in compliance with applicable court rules and deadlines. Communicate professionally with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and other parties as directed by attorneys. Maintain strict confidentiality and comply with professional and ethical standards. Monitor developments in applicable laws, regulations, and legal procedures. Accurately and efficiently record billable and approved non-billable time, maintaining a minimum productive target of approximately six hours per day. Follow established procedures for timekeeping, payroll, time-off requests, and other administrative requirements.
