What You’ll Do: Provide evidence-based, child-led occupational therapy to children with a variety of developmental needs. Design individualized treatment plans that reflect each child’s strengths, interests, and goals. Collaborate closely with speech-language pathologists, physical therapists, and families to create cohesive care plans. Participate in clinical mentoring, case discussions, and continuing education that elevate your practice. Contribute ideas to improve programs, clinical excellence, and the overall patient experience. Build lasting relationships with families while maintaining a manageable, sustainable caseload. We’re Looking For Someone Who: Is a licensed Occupational Therapist or Occupational Therapy Assistant in Washington (or eligible for licensure). Enjoys working with children and their families.
