Member Experience Front Desk Associate
YMCA of Central Massachusetts
The YMCA of Central Massachusetts welcomes members with a friendly front desk presence, guiding visitors and answering questions while upholding safety and YMCA policies. As Welcome Center Associate, you will support member services, assist with administrative tasks, and participate in staff meetings and campaigns, ensuring every guest feels valued. Part-time role, minimum age 16, requires basic computer skills and strong customer service; ASL is preferred; CPR/First Aid may be required within #J-18808-Ljbffr
