Job Order: Digital Marketing Coordinator

Pay Rate: $20.00 $25.00/hr Requirements:

Schedule: Monday -Friday 8 AM -5 PM

• Associate degree or higher
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• Bilingual Preferred

Job Description

1. Marketing Orders

• Provide order status updates and assist with customer inquiries
• Maintain and update marketing inventory
• Communicate ETA for outofstock items
• Track orders through shipment and closure
• File and close completed orders

2. Marketing Tools

• Coordinate monthly updates to literature and yearly collateral
• Ensure materials reflect new products and testing updates
• Manage marketing inventory (giveaways samples literature)
• Oversee incoming/outgoing marketing materials for sales teams
• Create inventory reports and snapshots for management
• Prepare marketing tools as requested

3. Website

• Coordinate monthly website updates with R&D Manager (Taiwan)
• Maintain organized update files

4. Tradeshows

• Coordinate logistics before during and after events
• Provide marketing materials for product promotion
• Assist with new graphics and updated content
• Arrange travel and reservations
• Travel to show locations to assist with setup

5. Media

• Support trend media improvements
• Manage ad approvals and maintain files
• Create and submit press releases
• Assist with memos and updates for Sales and Management

6. Sales Support

• Support inside/outside sales and customers with media projects
• Assist with flyers and coordinate approvals
• Update sales tools and presentations
• Maintain showroom cleanliness and displays
• Review and update brochures
• Track price updates and maintain records
• Assist with additional assigned projects

7. Administrative Tasks

• Provide excellent customer service on incoming calls
• Support other departments with call overflow
• Assist Sales Managers with travel reservations
• Support meetings (minutes coordination etc.)
• Maintain corporate files including credit card reservation info

8. Research

• Conduct product market research
• Support R&D and Management with new project followups

9. CrossTraining

• Provide support to other departments as needed

10. Other Duties

• Perform additional tasks as assigned
