Senior Director, Platform Growth

To drive distribution and monetization strategies across major streaming platforms, the full-time remote Senior Director, Platform Growth will manage senior-level relationships, negotiate complex commercial agreements, and lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance reach and revenue. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for streaming platforms, owning traffic, conversion, and sales targets Build and maintain executive relationships with key partners, leading business reviews and strategic planning sessions Negotiate distribution agreements and revenue share models, collaborating with internal teams to structure impactful deals Required Qualifications 12+ years of experience in strategic partnerships or platform business development within OTT or digital media Proven success managing relationships with Tier 1 streaming OEM platforms such as Amazon and Roku Demonstrated ability to negotiate complex commercial agreements with measurable revenue impact Strong financial and analytical skills, with experience in building business cases and forecasts Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent business/strategy experience preferred
