Responsibilities

Identify new opportunities to help families and business owners secure their financial future.

Conduct thorough needs assessments to ensure every client has the right coverage for their specific goals.

Educate clients on complex insurance concepts using clear, simple language.

Maintain an active presence in the Lynchburg community through local events and networking.

Develop and execute personalized outreach strategies to build a robust referral network.

Coordinate with our internal support staff to streamline the application and onboarding process for new policyholders.

Requirements

Active Virginia Life and Health Insurance license.

Proven track record of managing and growing a personal book of business.

Deep understanding of insurance policy structures and underwriting guidelines.

Strong comfort level with face-to-face client meetings and public speaking.

Experience using modern CRM platforms to organize daily outreach.

Self-driven personality with a desire to mentor others on the team.
