KHVC is seeking an experienced Chairman to join our Board of Advisors.

KHVC

Kittrell Holdings Veterinary Consolidators (KHVC) is building a national veterinary platform through strategic acquisitions and disciplined operational integration.

We are looking to connect with a senior executive who has Chairman, CEO, or equivalent executive leadership experience, with a strong preference for candidates who have:

• Led or advised a multi-location acquisition / roll-up strategy
• Significant M&A and post-acquisition integration experience
• Experience scaling organizations through multiple acquisitions
• Strong corporate governance and strategic leadership capabilities
• Experience working with founders, investors, and executive leadership teams

Veterinary or healthcare experience is valuable, but proven acquisition, integration, and scaling experience is the priority.
