Customer Service Representative

Work with nationally recognized e-commerce and retail partners, including major online marketplaces Gain hands‑on experience in a high‑volume customer service environment Build valuable skills using CRM systems, order management, and account support processes Opportunity to make an immediate impact during a critical business season Fully onsite - Lewis Center, Ohio Target Compensation: $42-50k Key Responsibilities For The Customer Service Representative Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, and chat Provide accurate information regarding orders, products, services, and company policies Process orders, exchanges, refunds, and account updates Document customer interactions within the CRM system Escalate complex customer concerns when appropriate Qualifications For The Customer Service Representative High School Diploma or equivalent Customer service or retail experience required Basic Microsoft Office skills, including Excel Experience working in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
