What You’ll Do
- Meet with clients to identify their financial protection needs
- Educate families on insurance and wealth-building solutions
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Generate leads through referrals, networking, and company-provided resources
- Follow up with prospects and provide exceptional client service
- Participate in ongoing training and personal development
- Learn leadership and agency-building systems
- Mentor and develop new agents as your business grows
