Job Title Registered Nurse (RN) – Stepdown / IMC / PCU (Travel) Schedule / Job Type Contract | Travel | Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | 13-Week Assignment Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in a Stepdown / IMC / PCU setting during night shift hours Monitor and assess patient conditions, responding appropriately to changes in status Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Cerner electronic health record system Manage a patient ratio of 5:1, delivering safe and effective nursing care Complete required Advanced Learning Center modules as directed by the facility Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient outcomes Required Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification Proficiency with Cerner electronic health record system Minimum of 1 year of Stepdown / IMC / PCU nursing experience Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to qualify as a traveler Preferred Experience / Skills Prior travel nursing experience strongly preferred Familiarity with Advanced Learning Center module requirements Why Join Us Opportunity to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced Stepdown unit with an immediate start date 13-week travel contract offering professional growth and flexibility in a desirable Tennessee location #J-18808-Ljbffr TravelNurseSource
