Job Summary


We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist with a strong background in Employee Relations, Workplace Accommodations, and HR Compliance . The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for employee accommodation requests and employee relations concerns, ensuring a fair, consistent, and compliant approach that supports a positive employee experience.


This role requires extensive knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, case management, conflict resolution, and documentation practices. The successful candidate will partner closely with employees, managers, HR teams, and healthcare providers to facilitate accommodation requests, investigate employee concerns, and promote an inclusive workplace culture.


Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for employee accommodation requests and manage the interactive accommodation process.
• Review, assess, and document accommodation requests while coordinating with employees, managers, healthcare providers, and HR partners.
• Conduct intake, assessment, and triage of employee relations concerns.
• Gather facts, maintain confidential case files, and provide guidance regarding company policies and procedures.
• Escalate and route complex employee relations matters for further review when appropriate.
• Monitor compliance with Federal, State, and local employment laws and company policies.
• Identify potential compliance risks and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate personnel records, accommodation files, training records, organizational charts, and employee documentation.
• Support workplace investigations and ensure consistent application of HR policies.
• Promote a positive, inclusive, and respectful work environment.
• Partner with leadership to resolve employee concerns and reduce workplace conflict.
• Utilize Salesforce to document cases, track employee concerns, maintain records, and generate reports.
• Prepare HR reports and analyze trends related to employee relations and accommodations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 7+ years of HR Generalist experience .
• Strong experience in Employee Relations and Workplace Accommodations .
• Experience conducting employee intake, case management, investigations, and conflict resolution.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, documentation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
