About the Role Customer Service Consultants are at the heart of our mission. They provide personalized support, handle inquiries, process transactions, and ensure a high‑quality customer experience. Responsibilities Complete comprehensive paid training and work shift schedule 7am–8pm, Monday–Friday. Serve as the first point of contact, respond to case inquiries, manage status updates, data changes, forms, and documentation. Perform financial and non‑financial transactions using multiple computer systems and productivity tools. Handle high volume of incoming calls with accuracy and speed while providing compassion and empathy. Troubleshoot complex service issues, coordinate with cross‑functional partners, and deliver impactful solutions. Communicate policy information and company procedures effectively to all customers. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED (some college preferred). Action‑oriented, high energy, personable, mindful with a genuine desire to help customers. Proven customer service or call‑center experience (preferred). Strong interpersonal and communication skills for internal and external customers. Advanced computer knowledge; proficient with MS Office and strong typing skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced call‑center team and meet key performance indicators. Compensation Salary depends on location, skills, experience and other factors. Eligible for discretionary bonus. Includes competitive benefits package. Work Location Hybrid model at Corebridge Financial offices in Houston, TX and Amarillo, TX.
