Requirements
- 3–6 years of transactional real estate experience.
- California Bar admission required.
- Proven background in mixed‑use or residential development and/or hospitality.
- Strong drafting skills with the ability to manage complex transactional documents.
- Excellent academic credentials and immediately transferable skills.
- Writing sample demonstrating proficiency in complex deal structuring and documentation is required.
